REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Government & Third-Party Fees

All government, free zone, medical, and third-party fees are strictly non-refundable.

Service Fees

Service fees are non-refundable once processing has started unless otherwise agreed in

writing.

Rejections

Visa or license rejections do not entitle the client to a refund as approvals are beyond Bayani

Juan’s control.

Client Cancellation

Cancellation before processing may be eligible for partial refund excluding administrative

costs. Cancellations after processing begins are non-refundable.

Force Majeure

No refunds are issued for delays or cancellations due to government changes or events

beyond control.

Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in service suspension and dispute proceedings.
